GAZ - "RusAutoProm" Company was established on August 7th, 2000. Its main objective was to ensure manufacturing highly competitive products, which could meet the highest consumer requirements. In May 2004 "RusAutoProm" Company was renamed into " Russian buses " O.O.O. The Company promotes the products of the leading domestic bus manufactures to the Russian and international markets. These manufacturers are "Pavlovo Bus Plant" LLC (PAZ), "Likino Bus Plant" LLC (LiAZ), "Golitsino Bus Plant" JSC (GolAZ), "Kurgan Bus Plant" LLC (KAVZ), and "Kanashsky Automobile Accessories Plant" JSC (KAAZ).

"Russian buses" Company is a bus manufacturing business of the biggest Russian automotive holding "RusPromAuto". "Russian buses" is engaged into manufacturing of all types of buses.

Production facilities meet ISO 9001 quality system requirements and are duly certified in terms of engineering design, manufacturing, sales of buses and spare parts, and their warranty service support. Such certification is a proof of high quality manufacturing standards.

Bus manufacturing enterprises and the entire lineup are integrated into a uniform production system. Each manufacturing enterprise fills its niche in the uniform bus production structure, viz.:

• "Pavlovo Bus Plant" LLC (PAZ) is engaged into design and production of small buses and the buses of "Avrora" family (urban series);

• "Kurgan Bus Plant" LLC (KAVZ) manufactures medium size buses and special purpose machinery;

• "Likino Bus Plant" LLC (LiAZ) deals with production of big and extra big size city buses;

• "Golitsino Bus Plant" JSC (GolAZ) manufactures intercity service buses and coaches;

• "Kanashsky Automobile Accessories Plant" JSC (KAAZ) is engaged into manufacture of bus assembly units and aggregates.

The Company incorporates five manufacturing plants, the managing company, and goods production network, which includes own trade house and over forty dealers throughout Russia and Community of Independent States (CIS).

The Company focuses on the key factors of the bus manufacturing business, such as sales and service support, research and advanced development, bodywork production, welding, painting and assembly technology processes.

The total number of the personnel of "Russian buses" Company is about 14,000. The enterprises of the Company are big industrial centers, which play significant role in social and economic activities of their regions.

Incorporating the most important manufacturing, intellectual and financial resources with regard to bus production, we, now, have turned this industry into one of the most dynamically developing segments of Russian automotive industry.
